Clients

The client working queue, the user directory, and everything you can do from a client's profile.

Callisto gives you two views of your clients: “My clients” — a working queue of the clients assigned to you — and the user directory, the full list of everyone on the brokerage.

My clients

Your assigned-client queue, built for working a book across the full client journey.

  • Stat cards up top: “Assigned clients”, “Awaiting KYC”, “Funded”, and “Net deposits (30d)”.
  • A “Suggested actions” panel offers one-click nudges for clients who need attention; anything you send appears in the client’s “Communications” timeline.
  • Filter by chips (All, Newly assigned, Awaiting KYC, Funded), by journey stage (Registered → Profile complete → KYC approved → Funded → Trading), by region group, or by search.
  • Each row shows the client’s journey as a five-dot progress indicator, plus net deposits, assignment date, signup date, and last activity.

Clicking a row opens a drawer with the assignment details (“Reassign” moves the client to another rep, with an optional audit-logged note), assignment history, the communications log, and a “View Full Profile” link.

Client assignments

The “Client assignments” page bulk-assigns clients to reps — filter to “Unassigned” or “By rep”, select clients (or all matching a filter), and confirm. Assignments are audit-logged.

Note: region rules assign reps automatically for new signups only. Existing clients only move through this page.

User directory

The full directory of every user on the brokerage, with role tabs (Traders, Managers, Owners). It is read-and-navigate only — click a row to open the user’s profile, where all actions live.

  • Header stats: total users, active users (logged in within 30 days), funded users, total accounts, and total balance.
  • Filters: search by name or email, and risk level (Low / Medium / High / Critical — a manual tag, set from the profile’s AML area, not computed).
  • Columns include account Status (Active / Inactive / Suspended), KYC status, account count, and total balance.

Status and KYC are independent. Status answers “can they log in”; KYC answers “can they fund and trade”. A user can be Active with KYC still Pending.

The client profile

A client’s profile page is where you act on an individual. The header shows their KYC badge, risk level, and tag; the “Manager actions” menu offers:

  • “Add Note”
  • “Freeze All Accounts” / “Unfreeze All Accounts”
  • “Reset 2FA” — removes their two-factor setup; they can sign in with password only until they re-enroll
  • “Force Password Reset”
  • “Ban User” / “Unban User”

Tabs cover Overview, Accounts, Transactions, Performance, Documents, Notes, Audit Log, Overrides, AML, WhatsApp, Partner, and Wallets. The Accounts tab and Wallets tab have their own pages in these docs.
