New brokerages are set up through a guided, 15-step onboarding wizard. You can leave at any point and resume later — the wizard reopens on your latest uncompleted step.
The steps are grouped into four phases:
Company
- Company Information — basic company details and contact information.
Structure
- Pipeline Steps — select the pipeline steps to track in your sales funnel.
- Region Groups — configure region groups and assign countries. A region group is a jurisdiction: it drives sales-rep assignment, bonuses, rule sets, and payment-method availability, so set these up thoughtfully.
- Rule Sets — configure action rules and prerequisites (for example, requiring verified KYC before deposits or withdrawals).
- Payments — payment providers, deposit currencies, and method availability per region.
Trading
- Trading Platform — platform selection and connection settings. You must test and save your MetaTrader (or TradeLocker) connection before the wizard lets you continue.
- Account Types — configure the account types clients can open.
- Symbols — choose which instruments clients can trade.
- Account Groups — map account types and regions to platform groups.
Launch
- IB Architecture — configure your multi-level affiliate program.
- WhatsApp Configuration — configure and validate WhatsApp messaging (validation is required before continuing).
- AML Screening — configure the AML compliance provider (PEP/sanctions screening and the risk matrix).
- Branding — customize your visual identity.
- Job Scheduling — enable, disable, and set the frequency of scheduled background jobs.
- Walkthroughs — enable the in-app product tour for your clients.
When every step is complete, the wizard shows “Broker Onboarding Complete!” with shortcuts to “Go to Dashboard” and “Review Configuration”. All of these settings remain editable later under Configure — onboarding is just the first pass.
Where to go next
