The Trading Accounts page lists every trading account across your users, with tools to act on many at once. Actions on a single account live on the owning client’s profile.
The account list
- KPI cards: total accounts, live, demo, suspended, and total balance (a raw sum across currencies).
- Filters: owner or login search, environment (demo/live), account type, platform group, status, source (native vs migrated), region, and balance bracket. Columns are toggleable and the list exports to CSV (capped — the export warns when truncated).
- There is no “create account” here by design: trading accounts are created by traders themselves through the client-facing flow. Managers act on existing accounts.
Bulk actions
Select rows (or “Select all matching” a filter) to open the batch action bar:
- “Move group” — move selected accounts to a target platform group. Accounts whose environment or currency don’t match the target are skipped and reported.
- “Change leverage” — apply a new leverage to all selected.
- “Read-only” / “Normal” — bulk trade-mode toggle. Read-only lets the trader log in and view positions but blocks new orders.
- “Freeze” / “Unfreeze” — bulk suspend/unsuspend.
Bulk runs show live progress, and partial success is normal: a failures dialog lists any accounts that couldn’t be updated, per login.
Accounts that don’t match config
For MetaTrader brokerages, a “Misconfigured” panel surfaces accounts whose current platform group no longer matches your group configuration — showing the current group next to the expected one. “Move to correct group” bulk-moves them (reason required) as a background job; MetaTrader re-homes any open positions.
MetaTrader is the source of truth for an account’s current group — Callisto’s record is where the account was last placed, and this panel is how the two are kept honest.
Acting on a single account
From a client’s profile → Accounts tab, each account’s actions menu offers: freeze/unfreeze, “Adjust balance”, “Adjust credit”, “Change leverage”, “Move group”, “Trade mode”, “Reset password” (sets a new main platform password the client uses at next login), and “Close account” (suspends trading and marks the account closed with a required reason — history is kept, nothing is deleted).
Adjusting balance
The dialog toggles between Deposit and Withdraw, shows the account’s current balance, equity, and free margin, and previews the projected balance. A reason is required.
Withdrawals are limited by free margin, not balance. Free margin = equity − margin: it accounts for open positions and locked collateral. The dialog blocks any withdrawal beyond it. Amounts over $10,000 require an extra “Confirm Large Amount” step.
Adjusting credit
The dialog toggles between Add Credit and Remove Credit; totals are validated against the trading platform itself.
Credit is where bonuses live, so removing credit can collide with active bonuses: removing more than the account’s non-bonus credit cancels bonuses oldest-first. A “Bonus Cancellation Warning” lists exactly which bonuses will be cancelled before you confirm — and cancelled bonuses cannot be restored. The $10,000 large-amount confirmation applies here too.
Freezing
Freezing an account blocks new positions, order modifications, and new orders. It does not block deposits or withdrawals.
