Notification Management is the hub for every channel your brokerage speaks through: In-App, Slack, WhatsApp, Email, and Webhooks, plus a cross-channel Failed Deliveries triage view (its badge counts sends that could not be delivered).
Event configurations
Each row in the event-configurations table binds an event (a deposit completing, KYC approval, and so on) to a template, subject, from-address, and provider, with a “Notify Trader” toggle and To/CC/BCC lists. Rows can be edited, deactivated, deleted, or sent as a preview to any address.
Templates
The template editor is a full HTML editor with live preview: variable
insertion and highlighting ({{.Variable}} placeholders), a live-rendered
subject line with sample data, an optional Outlook/Gmail compatibility
linter, and categories to organise the picker. New templates start from a
proven 600px email skeleton.
Transactional & security emails
Built-in system emails (verification, password reset, OTP, and similar) are listed with their content source and delivery state. Resolution order per email: your override → built-in fallback → nothing sends. Must-have security emails always have a built-in fallback; optional emails (like Welcome) simply don’t send until you set them up. Customizing binds a template of yours — required variables are highlighted — and “Reset to built-in” reverts.
Sending domains & providers
Verify your own sending domains (via DNS records you publish) and configure the email transport — Callisto-managed or your own SMTP.
Other channels
- In-App — per-event preferences for the notification tray, with editable title/body overrides. Some system-mandatory events are locked on.
- WhatsApp — connects your Meta WhatsApp Business account (test the connection before saving). Only Meta-approved templates can be used; the Automations tab maps events to approved templates and their variables (with a warning when a template changes under an existing mapping). Includes a live agent Conversations inbox with the 24-hour session window timer, plus analytics and phone-number management.
- Slack — routes events to channels in your workspace, mirroring the email event-configuration pattern.
- Webhooks — per-event HTTP endpoints with a test-send action, for feeding your own systems.
