The Reports page provides six row-level report types, each independently permissioned — team members only see the reports their role allows. All reports share a date-range picker, paginated tables, and “Export CSV” (chunked; very large ranges are asked to narrow the dates).
- Customer Transactions — every money movement with client, owner, referrer, type, status, source and destination, payment method and payment currency, and previous/new balances. Filter by date, transaction types, or client search.
- Fixed Commissions — per-trade commission rows: platform, trade reference, account, symbol, volume, trader, receiver, rebate/override/ adjustment breakdown, swap, and trade profit.
- Trade History — closed trade flow, filterable by symbol, entry direction, and environment (real/demo).
- Open Positions — live exposure, stamped with an “as of” freshness time: floating P&L, volumes, prices, SL/TP, swap, and last-synced time per position.
- Pending Orders — working orders with state (Started / Placed / Partially Filled), order and trigger prices, and expiry.
- Account Statistics — per-account rollup: deposits, withdrawals, profit/loss, volumes, closed orders, first-deposit date and amount, and starting/ending balances for the period.
One disclosure worth knowing: Account Statistics starting/ending balances are derived from the current balance and recorded movements, not platform end-of-day snapshots — corrections made off-platform aren’t reflected, and a nightly reconciliation closes any gaps.
