The Partners area runs your affiliate/IB program: who your partners are, what tier they’re in, how they’re paid, and the program-wide rules.
Affiliated Users
The partner roster, with KPIs (“Total Partners”, “Total Signups”, “Active Partners”) and per-partner signups, active clients, withdrawable balance, earnings, withdrawals, and status (Active / Idle). Filter by status or search; “Export Data” downloads the filtered set as CSV.
A partner’s detail page shows their signups, current liability, total commissions paid (migrated affiliates show an “Imported” historical commission figure separately), withdrawal history, live commission history, and their downline’s trading accounts.
Tier assignment
The detail page’s Partner Tier card shows the current tier and whether it was reached automatically or assigned by hand:
- “Assign Tier” / “Change Tier” — manually place the partner in any tier (reason required). Manual assignment moves them immediately and pins them there — the engine stops re-evaluating them.
- “Return to Automatic” — unpins and hands them back to the tier engine.
Partner Tiers
Tiers form a ladder; the engine re-evaluates every partner hourly, and the highest-positioned tier whose criteria a partner meets wins. The “Add Tier” wizard walks four steps:
- Basics — name and ladder position.
- Qualification — criteria with min/max bounds: trading volume (standard lots, last 3 months), active clients (last 90 days), total deposits (lifetime), and signup count (lifetime).
- Rewards — per account-type group, exactly one payment model: “Fixed Commission Per Lot” (a dollar amount per lot, per instrument) or “Spread Share” (a percentage of spread revenue, with per-instrument overrides; not available on TradeLocker). Optionally a “Sub-IB Network” override payout per depth level.
- Review.
A “Standalone tier” sits outside the ladder: no position, no criteria, manual assignment only, and hidden from partners’ own tier list. Deleting a tier is irreversible.
IB Settings
Program-wide rules:
- IB Architecture — the “Enable multi-level IB” master toggle lets partners recruit sub-affiliates and earn override commissions. Once affiliates start earning, the architecture locks permanently — only override rates remain adjustable. Plan the structure before launch.
- Anti-Scalping — a minimum commissionable hold time in seconds. Trades held for less are excluded from commission, volume, and tier qualification alike. Zero disables it. Changes apply forward only — past commission is never re-priced.
- Client Rebates — when enabled, partners can share a percentage of their commission with individual clients; a daily job pays it from the partner’s commission balance into the client’s wallet.
- Unpriceable Trades — a read-only data-health list of spread-share trades that earned $0 because tick data was missing; they retry automatically on each recalculation.
Marketing Resources
Upload and publish materials for partners to use — banners, logos, and documents, each with a title, description, and language. Materials can be published, unpublished, or deleted, and show usage stats.
