The dashboard is the daily command center for managers, owners, and admins. It is read-only: it surfaces what needs attention and links you to the page where you act (the KYC queue, the withdrawal queue, or a client’s profile).
Two global controls apply to everything on the page:
- A time-period selector — 1m, 3m, 6m, or 1y.
- “Export” — captures the current tab for the selected period.
Tabs
- Overview — signups, deposits, withdrawals, and trading volume with trend charts.
- Users — composition of your user base: new vs returning, paid vs organic, source, and country.
- Financial — deposit and withdrawal volume, cash position, and a treasury view.
- Trading — volume by symbol and account type, profitable vs unprofitable accounts.
- KYC — verification throughput, pending count, SLA, and reviewer performance.
- Support — operator queue depth, SLA, and deposit/withdrawal failure analysis.
- Partners — IB program health: active partners, commission booked, and payout status.
Reading the numbers
Dashboard figures are period-aggregated snapshots. They can differ slightly from the Transactions ledger, which is the point-in-time authoritative record — when the two disagree, trust the ledger.
