Payment providers

Enabling payment rails, credentials, method sync, corridor rates, and deposit-review thresholds.

Payment providers are configured in Configure → Payment Providers. Each provider is a card with an enable switch, a write-only credentials form, and provider-specific settings.

Available rails

  • Praxis — a cashier orchestration platform fronting many PSPs.
  • Match2Pay — crypto deposits and withdrawals. Includes a settlement (“end currency”) selector — USD or USDT (TRC20).
  • Pakistan Local Bank Transfer — local bank payouts and collections in Pakistan, with broker-maintained PKR/USD exchange rate fields (a deposit rate plus an optional withdrawal-side override). Saving a rate that diverges more than 20% from the previous value asks for confirmation.
  • SticPay — corridor-priced wallet PSP. Each corridor (payment method + country + currency) has a broker-maintained corridor rate converting the wallet currency; a corridor without a rate cannot be enabled.
  • Wire Transfer — the manual rail. No credentials; instead you provide the receiving bank details (bank name, account title, account number, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC) that clients see on the deposit page.

Rates and provider-specific settings are pinned per transaction at the moment it’s created or approved — editing a rate later never rewrites history.

Setting up a provider

  1. Set credentials — the form is write-only; saved values are never displayed back. Use “Test Connection” until you see “Verified”, then save. Editing any field invalidates a previous verification.
  2. Enable the provider. If existing clients are missing a profile field the provider requires, an impact preview shows how many users are affected before you confirm.
  3. “Sync Methods” — pulls the provider’s available payment methods into Callisto.

A per-provider readiness panel flags gaps after setup: regions whose rule set doesn’t collect a field the provider needs (with a “Fix” deep-link to the rule set), and a count of onboarded users missing a required field with an optional “Notify” action that prompts them in-app to complete it.

  • User Transfers — brokerage-wide toggle (default off) allowing clients to transfer wallet funds to each other.
  • Deposit review & proof of funds — the two large-deposit thresholds (proof-of-funds and always-review) with per-region overrides; see Deposits & withdrawals.
